At Connectialove, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your galaxy lamp, here are our refund and exchange conditions.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days You must notify us of your wish to return or exchange your lamp within this timeframe, starting from the date you receive it. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your bracelets Connectialove must meet the following conditions:
- To be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- To be returned in its original packaging.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Returns Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- The lamp shows signs of use or has been damaged by the customer.
- The product is returned after the 30-day period.
- The product was purchased on sale or with a specific promotion (please refer to the specific terms and conditions of your order).
4. Refund or Exchange
Once your return is approved, we will offer you a full refund or a product exchange, according to your preference. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund You will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days after receipt of the returned item, subject to its inspection.
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the lamp was received defective or damaged. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Defective or Damaged Bracelets
If your lamp arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
